From international trade fairs to exclusive industry conferences, our team participated in numerous events to share our expertise and gain new insights. Here’s a look back at the highlights of our eventful year.
MBI at LogiMAT: Innovations in Logistics in the Spotlight
At the LogiMAT trade fair, our Head of Location Services Distribution & Partner Relations, Carina Ziegelmüller, had the opportunity to exchange ideas with industry experts, meet customers such as Wolf Software, and establish new connections. The event provided valuable insights into the latest developments in the logistics industry and marked a successful start to our event season.
Esri User Conference: New Impulses for the GIS World
The Esri UC in San Diego was once again a major highlight this year. Under the theme “GIS – Uniting Our World,” innovative developments in geographic information systems (GIS) were showcased. A standout feature was the Map Gallery, where we proudly presented our MBI Risk Indicators, Purchasing Power, and Postcode Boundaries. In addition to inspiring lectures and networking opportunities, the Family/Kids Day was a special experience, allowing us to witness the next generation’s enthusiasm for geospatial data. Our takeaway: a week full of valuable insights!
Intergeo 2024: A Central Platform for Geodata Experts
Intergeo provided an excellent platform for exchanging ideas with experts from the geospatial industry. We had the opportunity to present our latest data products and engage in fascinating discussions about the future of geodata.
The Future of Mobility: MBI at IAA Transportation
The IAA Transportation in Hanover offered exciting insights into the logistics and transportation sector. MBI’s key focus included supporting our HERE Solution Partner ABONA, representing our HERE Technologies Distribution, and engaging with strong partners such as Wolf Software and SPEDION.
Digitalization & Innovation: Our Highlights from the Logistics Summit
At the Logistics Summit in Düsseldorf, we showcased our portfolio at a shared partner booth with HERE Technologies. A special highlight was the on-site exchange with our long-term partner IMPARGO. The relaxed networking atmosphere featuring a DJ, live band, and table football made the event an unforgettable experience!
HERE Directions: Forward-Thinking Discussions on Location Technology
As the Global HERE Distributor of the Year 2023, we were proud to once again participate in the exclusive HERE Directions event this year. Our Managing Director, Ray Roberts-York, took part in an engaging panel discussion on AI-Driven Partnerships. Additionally, our Head of Location Services Distribution & Partner Relations, Carina Ziegelmüller, presented how MBI, as a long-standing HERE Distributor, strengthens global partnerships. An inspiring event that left us with many new ideas!
Esri Conference: GIS Community Unites in Bonn
In Bonn, our Sales Director, Andreas Wenzel, and Senior Sales Consultant, Kevin Roberts-York, attended the largest German-speaking GIS conference organized by Esri. The event provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with over 1,700 GIS experts and discuss the latest developments in mapping and spatial analytics.
A Milestone in Our Company History: 15 Years of MBI
Another special event this year was our 15th company anniversary in May. Since our founding in 2009, MBI has continuously evolved, developing innovative geodata solutions for our customers. A huge thank you to our entire team, as well as our partners and clients, who made this success possible.
