MBI at the Esri User Conference 2024 in San Diego: Our Highlights and Takeaways

We recently had the incredible opportunity to participate as an exhibitor at the Esri User Conference (UC) 2024 in San Diego. This premier event, renowned for its celebration of GIS technology, was an inspiring blend of innovation, networking, and fun. Here’s a recap of our amazing journey at the conference:

Exploring Creativity in the Map Gallery

The Map Gallery was a standout highlight of the conference. We were proud to showcase our latest data, including our worldwide MBI Risk Indicator, Purchasing Power, and Postal Boundaries, and engage in insightful discussions. The gallery was a visual feast, displaying an array of maps that demonstrated the power of GIS in solving real-world problems.

The Esri UC is a hub for professionals from across the GIS spectrum, and we made the most of the exceptional networking opportunities. The packed plenary session on the first day set a high bar, capturing the inspiring vision of “GIS – Uniting Our World.” We connected with industry leaders, exchanged ideas with fellow exhibitors, and built new relationships that we’re excited to nurture. These interactions were invaluable, and we are grateful for the enthusiasm and engagement from everyone who visited our booth. It highlighted how crucial collaboration and networking are in driving the GIS industry forward and provided insights that will undoubtedly shape our future projects and partnerships.

Family and Kids Day

One of the extra special aspects of the conference was Family and Kids Day. Meeting the next generation of potential GIS experts and witnessing their excitement and curiosity about maps and geospatial technology was a heartwarming experience. This day reinforced the importance of inspiring future generations to explore and embrace the world of GIS. A big thank you to the families for sharing your day with us and supporting the next generation of GIS enthusiasts.
