Empowering Our HERE Partners to Succeed Together
Welcome to our HERE Partner Marketing Funding portal. As an official HERE distributor, MBI receives dedicated partner marketing funding from HERE, and we’re excited to extend this opportunity to selected partners at our discretion. This includes support for co-branded campaigns, event participation, and other promotional activities that help showcase our collaboration.
Overview
We are committed to supporting your marketing initiatives by covering up to 50% of eligible costs. All activities must visibly highlight the partnership with MBI and HERE, including for example the use of the “Powered by HERE” or “HERE” logo and appropriate mentions/tags in your communications (please see the full list of social media handles below).
Please note: Start planning early! All activities require approval before execution.
Your Way to Partner Marketing Funding
It’s not complicated, and we’re here to support you at every step! Getting marketing funding through MBI and HERE is a collaborative and straightforward process. Here’s how it works.
Plan Ahead & Align with MBI
Before submitting a funding request, please discuss your marketing plans and intended activity with your MBI contact. This helps us evaluate alignment with the HERE Partner Marketing Funding program and clarify how much of the cost we can support.
This step ensures that funding is available and that expectations are aligned before you invest further into planning. You’ll receive written confirmation from MBI including the provisional budget amount we can extend to your activity.
To get started, explore our overview presentation with example activities and funding guidelines.
Submit a Fund Request
Before you start your campaign or event, submit a Funding Request that outlines:
- A short description of the planned activity
- A first draft (for example design template) showing how HERE and MBI will be represented
Eligibility Requirements:
- Co-branding with the Powered by HERE or HERE logo, please see brand guidelines
- Mentioning/tagging HERE and MBI in communications (e.g., event booths, social media, campaign materials), social media handles are @Michael Bauer International GmbH (LinkedIn) & @MBIgeodata (Facebook, Instagram, X) and @HERE Technologies (LinkedIn, Facebook) & @here (Instagram, X)
Approval & Execution
Once your funding request is reviewed and approved by MBI and HERE:
- You will receive confirmation of the approved funding amount
- You may proceed with the campaign or event as planned
Please do not begin activities before approval to ensure funding eligibility. While everyone involved is doing their best to review requests promptly, the approval process may take up to two weeks. We recommend submitting your request well in advance to avoid delays.
Submit a Fund Claim
After your activity is complete, we will submit a Funding Claim for you to receive reimbursement. The following documentation is required:
- Invoice for the full cost of the activity
- Your invoice to MBI in the approved funding amount
- Success metrics from the activity, e.g., number of leads, opportunities, reach
- Proof of execution: Photos or visuals showing the HERE & MBI representation, e.g., event booth, social media posts, campaign screenshots
Submit all post-activity documentation directly to your MBI contact. Processing time for reimbursements can take up to 4 weeks after complete documentation has been received. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Important Notes
