DESCRIPTION:Only one out of every three data scientists has extensive expertise with geographic data. This rapidly growing group\, which sits at the crossroads of GIS\, Advanced Analytics\, and Data Science\, is addressing some of the most important challenges in both the private and public sectors. Since 2017\, the CARTO Spatial Data Science Conference has brought together brilliant minds to talk about the newest and best in spatial analytics. \n\n\n\nAfter sponsoring the online event in 2020\, we are delighted to announce that we will participate in the in-person event in New York this year. The event will gather Data Science\, Advanced Analytics\, and GIS specialist across the globe\, bringing together a variety of businesses and organizations asking crucial location-based questions: about our cities\, for commercial impact\, and\, most importantly\, for sustainability. \n\n\n\nThe CARTO SDSC will take place on Thursday\, October 20th 2022 at Columbia University in New York.
